The Norpro Deluxe Grinder/Mincer/Pasta Maker serves multiple purposes in the kitchen. Made from sturdy plastic with a sharp stainless steel blade, this 7-inch tall appliance is a real workhorse. The crank operated grinder is terrific for meats, beans, nuts, and vegetables and can be used to make both sausage and pasta. It comes with both coarse and fine mincing plates, a sausage funnel, and three pasta attachments - one for rigatoni, one for spaghetti, and one for linquine. A recipe and instruction booklet is included.
